We are Commercial IT & Digital (CID) organization within IT dedicated to Pharmaceuticals business of Bayer.
We provide customer engagement and data technologies to enable data-driven decision making and digitize go-to-market processes as part of our commercial business strategy.
CID LATAM focuses on the commercial IT solution portfolio in the LATAM region and is a key enabler of digitalization within the division.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO.
The main purpose of our Sr IT Product Manager Omnichannel Latamis to drive and influence digital Platforms to achieve business outcomes, aligning technology and business needs, support the Digital Lead LATAM in multi-year digital roadmaps to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions The Product Manager/Process Expert HCP/Omnichannel fully understands the business process around HCP Ecosystem of LATAM Markets(Brazil, Mexico, PACA and CONO) with a clear focus on adoption and becoming a data-driven organization continuously improving Customer Experience and unlocking Business Value.
Product Managers/Process Expert ensure that products(HCP Ecosystem) are fulfilling their primary purpose to enable users to perform tasks that create value for the company.
Product managers have two broad areas of responsibility.
Setting strategic vision for the product to ensure the customer and their needs are at the center; and ensuring team priorities are supporting business outcomes for customer, product, technical and enabling teams.
This requires continual alignment of the product strategy and objectives with customer, product, technical, and enabling teams.
Oversee the product backlog, which prioritizes the work of the assigned squads, to achieve the vision and aligned strategy.
To successfully manage these areas of responsibility, product managers/Process Expert must have a deep understanding of the product domain, related technology, architecture and business process(Omnichannel campaigns).
Product Manager/Process Expert HCP-Omnichannel - LATAM drive strategy and execution for a complex ecosystem of digital products that cross multiple workflows, technical platforms, business units.

They are accountable for aligning people, processes, and technology to provide the optimal end-to-end experience for key personas and deliver the most value for the company.
Co-create with product/customer team omnichannel strategy to achieve commercial outcomes.
Lead/own the HCP Ecosystem governance across LATAM(e.

HCP Portal, MKT Campaigns, Veeva CRM).
Bring your business and digital insights to the full potential by bridging between the customer/product teams and Business Engagement and or IT Customer Engagement Platform.
Manage interdependencies and risks across multi-year launch plans and milestone implementation approaches (including 90-day cycles) from a business perspective.
Transparently share with business team progress on business outcomes connected to technical key results and relevant key learning and potential trade-offs as part of 90-day cycles.
Orchestrate all digital activities around markets portfolio (HCP Ecosystem) as well as influence strategic adoption and implementation of related digital solutions in partnership with DL and business team(s) (customer, product, technical, enabling teams).
ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION? Mandatory.
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science, science, business administration or an equivalent qualification with relevant work experiences.
Experience with Omnichannel strategy and execution.
Solid experience f customer-facing work in IT and/or business functionsin PH Experience working in an agile environment Customer focus, business acumen and domain expertise in PH Marketing & Sales subjects Strong project management skills Proven experience in CRM(Veeva or OCE), Marketing Automation, HCP Portal and Events process.
Strong understanding of business and IT needs, with the ability to align technology and business objectives Strong communication skills, analytical, structural and strategic skills as well as proven track record of working with external vendors Advanced in English/Spanish and Portuguese, both written and spoken Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with strong mindset to take initiative Communication, organization and influencing skills, while demonstrating business insight with a strategic and innovative mindset Preferred.
Experience with Agile development and DevOps ​Demonstrated ability tolead through influence initiatives that involve cross-functional teams from initiation to delivery Experience with Design Thinking, user-centered design & user analysis Ability to establish and manage initiatives against a set of key metrics and goals Strong analytical, management and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
