Understanding our responsibility and our need for change, we are conscientious that Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility- Develop and implement solutions to deliver world class people initiatives and results. - Work with managers and employees on employee relations issues. - Provide ongoing support to employees on human resources related matters, policies and procedures. - Have a passion for data and process improvement with a keen interest in experimentation. - Ability to deliver results in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment. - Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical- Experience working in a start-up like environment where the pace is quick and your responsibilities stretch between tactical and strategic. - Master''s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred. - Able to travel, as needed. - Experience working with a global team. - Experience in the administration of compensation and benefit plans, employee relations, and talent management programs. - Experience assessing employee and management talent. - HR specialization area as a program manager preferred
