Manage the Executive Director's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, ensuring efficiency and punctuality.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in both English and Portuguese.
Handle internal and external communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
Coordinate international and domestic travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Provide support in organizing events, conferences, and high-level meetings.
Preparation for meetings, ensuring the Executive Director is well-informed.
Assist in the management of strategic projects and special initiatives.
Manage expenses and reimbursements.
Serve as the main point of contact between the Executive Director and other internal and external stakeholders.
To make a difference, you must have.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Executive Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Ease in communicating with diverse audiences, discretion, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
