In this critical role, you will live at the intersection of digital marketing, product development, and sales to drive sustainable growth across all channels and customer touchpoints.
The ideal Sr.
Director of Growth has 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of successfully selling Marketing/Analytics services.
This is a highly consultative sale, requires familiarity with the cross-channel media, performance, SEO and measurement methodologies and a strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem.
This is also a hunter role, requires excellent communications skills, an ambitious attitude and a strategic enterprise sales approach.
This role will be the primary point of contact for all incoming and outbound leads.
This position will work closely with the sales teams to strategize and position Overdrive’s technology and services.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to comprehend and present the value of the Overdrive’s services.
We are looking for an ambitious, smart, solutions driven Sales Director with a proven track record of winning.
Responsibilities.
Develop and successfully implement a target account go-to-market strategy.
Manage complex sales cycle from lead gen through contracting.
Effectively present Overdrive positioning, capabilities and product demo to the C-Level.
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute outbound call campaigns.
To target account prospects Feedback loop to sales, marketing and delivery teams.
Create and maintain a sales pipeline supporting a path to exceeding goals.
Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue generation.
Build expertise on Overdrive’s products and services.
Requirements 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, SaaS growth, or a related field Proven track record of driving customer acquisition through paid and organic channels Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to guide strategy Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for testing and optimization Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative agency and play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth trajectory.
