How you will contribute to our magical experience: The role of Sr. Analyst, Licensing will be reporting to the category manager. The Sr. Analyst will be full-time focused on managing current business and licensees, as well as bringing in new partners according to the category's strategy. Great interface with the main areas of the company: Finance, Marketing, Retail, Product development, GBC and DASP. The Sr. Analyst, Content Protection will be responsible for: Supervise more than 30 licensees and prospects in Stationery & Consumables. Develop strong relationships with licensees and key retailers to maximize commercial and franchise opportunities. Main activities: negotiation, contract renewal, product mix recommendation, licensees relationship with PDs, Marketing and Retail. Identify and prospect key business partners. Develop clear and consistent strategies to reach market share, goals and performance. Support the coordinator in marketing and retail demands to maximize licensees participation and business strategy. Manage specific product initiatives, promotions, trade and consumer advertising, public relations and in-store events designed to maximize sell-in and sell-out of products. Support the manager with BTS campaign, assortment, catalog and Escolar Fair. Provide leadership to develop the coordinator in the segment. What we need from you to be part of this story: At least 2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales in industries, or as a buyer at Retail. Preferred Industries: Retail (Hardlines). Strong communication and negotiation skills, organized, and experience in performance analysis. Proficiency in MS Office at an advanced level (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Minimum: Business Administration or Marketing Bachelors degree. Advanced level of English.
