SQA ANALYST ESSENTIALS & SYSTEMS

Job Description.
This position will be responsible by supplier quality assurance (Essentials category – Low/Medium risk materials) and Systems (operational accountability for internal quality system development) - Guarantee that all suppliers be Authorized to get into Mars site and maintain supplier list updated - Understand and pass down to suppliers on Mars Sourcing Q&FS Standards program.
- Assessment and confirmation of a supplier’s capability to meet Mars standards of supply, through; - Performing the SQA audit on time; - Performing and review of process capability data compliance; - Verifying that supplier hazard controls are operating effectively; - Investigating and resolving non-conformances in close collaboration with the supplier (PDCA); - Setting quality criteria for the supplier and deliver year on year reduction of supplier non-conformances guide by the SQA Experts or Manager - Support the supplier to address gaps in Q&FS capability identified in audits; - Working with the supplier to investigate & resolve material non-conformances to prevent reoccurrence; -To be aware of and assess changes to a supplier’s capability to meet the Mars Specification; - Ensuring that all suppliers are assigned a current status with defined supply and verification requirements; - Communicate business opportunities identified during supplier contact; - Suppliers & materials risk assessment data base maintenance.
- Nexus updated with the audit information and material risk assessment for each supplier/raw.
- Support R&Dl through material risk assessment.
- Maintain contact with supplier about Key Quality Attributes Change Management update.
- Functional expert SQA management systems (NEXUS, Atlas) and continuous improvement initiatives within the Mars QMS.
- Responsible for the Metrics calculation and global reports.
Coordinate and provide metric inputs to the supplier quality management review process and identify improvement opportunities across the supplier quality management systems.
