he role will be based in Sao Paulo and report to the Workplace Manager for Brazil & Argentina.
esponsibilities.
romote a high level of satisfaction among staff by promptly responding to their service requirements.
Ensure the same level of service from team members and Workplace vendors.
ead communications strategy and execution for both Brazil and Argentina, including general announcements, group moderation, internal documentation, and Workplace change management.
erve as a lead on local office initiatives, including onboarding, events and programs (F&B, transportation, accessibility, sustainability), office opening experiences and inputs on designs & renovations projects.
lan, curate & manage all F&B related services (meals, pantry, events), lobby/ reception, transportation, accessibility and sustainability services and set up new vendors, lead RFPs and constantly strive to look to improve on our experience services.
ead, build and oversee the internal events program and various events for the Brazil and Argentina offices (including Town Halls, Lunch & Learns, Fireside Chats, Q&A’s with Execs).
ead and oversee visitor, candidate, and employee experience and execution, including hiring and coaching receptionist(s).
onitoring ticketing systems and experience requests, making sure they are fulfilled in a timely manner and at a high quality level.
Generate reports to propose changes based on the findings and recommendations.
ork collaboratively with cross-functional partners and immediate team members to support the delivery of service excellence, continuously evaluating existing processes to identify areas of improvement where possible.
cts as an escalation path for office related issues, concerns, feedback, suggestions and triages accordingly.
ualificationsFluent in English.
Spanish is considered a plus.
+ years of experience in a supervisory role supporting workplace services; 7-10 years of equivalent experience will be considered.
xperience supervising F&B related services and event planning.

vailability to work out of the office in Sao Paulo (in-person) most of the time.
