What you'll do: Analyze, design, and oversee the implementation of technology solutions that align with business goals; Bridge the gap between complex technical processes and business strategies to ensure a unified approach to problem-solving; Provide expertise in system architecture and design to support scalable solutions; Lead and mentor a team of staff developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement; Incentive code reviews, oversee best practices in software development, and ensure high-quality standards are maintained; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle; Serve as the go-to authority for all aspects related to payment processing, including compliance, security, and transaction handling; Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the payment processing space; Have previous experience with cloud providers, such as Azure and AWS, and ensuring scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions; Leverage the full potential of cloud services to optimize application performance and resilience; Drive cloud-native initiatives and migrations, providing guidance on the best practices for secure, distributed computing. What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred; Solid experience in software development with backend languages such as Python, Node, and Java; Proven ability to balance technical requirements with business needs; Experience leading and mentoring software development teams; Deep knowledge of payment processing systems and related technologies; Strong expertise in cloud services, specifically Azure and AWS, with certifications being an added advantage; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders; A track record of building scalable, high-performance software platforms; Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices; Advanced English.
