About the role.
As a Solution Architect, you will play an important role in supporting the design and implementation of Apptio Platform and Target Process.
We are seeking an innovative and excited individual to aid in data collection and processing, allowing all business stakeholders to have access to data insights.
In your role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and other team members to help develop and maintain Apptio Platform for Takeda.
How you will contribute.
Implement and optimize the Apptio Targetprocess platform, partnering with business functions to ensure high user adoption and engagement.
Lead feature updates and develop new solutions within Apptio Targetprocess, adapting to evolving business needs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align solutions with continuous requirements, helping drive strategic business outcomes.
Serve as the primary liaison for business users, supporting seamless implementation and ongoing support of Apptio Targetprocess.
Engage with team leads to structure and deploy new features effectively, ensuring successful rollouts.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, collaborating with Leadership to suggest improvements for enhanced product usability.
Manage solution setup, including installation and configuration of pre-defined and custom Apptio Targetprocess solutions tailored to department, unit, and ART requirements.
Configure process parameters and settings to align with operational goals.
Develop automation rules and metrics to support event- based customizations.
Configure and maintain integrations with third -party tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and others.
Design and implement system architecture solutions Performs other duties as required Minimum Requirements/Qualifications.
6+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple business units and deliverables simultaneously through effective planning and time management.
Strong work ethic and adaptability to collaborate with diverse teams across different time zones.
Highly motivated self-starter with a keen interest in advancing IT skills in a dynamic environment, capable of completing tasks independently.
Creative problem-solver with analytical skills, strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation abilities.
Knowledge or experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an advantage.
Proficient understanding of JavaScript, JSON, and APIs.
Bachelor’s degree (B.
/ B.
ech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field is an added advantage.
Postgraduate degree with a focus on finance and operations, preferably from the or graduating batch.
