Software Engineering Analyst - Role and ResponsibilitiesBE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERING TOOLS FOR:Selecting, evaluating and performing impact analysis for adoptingnew/replacement/upgrade potential toolsInstalling, customizing, configuring and developing when necessaryIntegrating different toolsProviding support and addressing user issuesProviding training for users. Conduct periodical product assessment, determining proper preventive andcorrective plans and actions and supporting close out of findings. Define, document and implement software processes in the organization, building oncurrent practices and organizational culture, as well as best practices presentedin quality frameworks; Provide insight on software quality level by collecting, analyzing and summarizingrelated data. Perform root cause analysis of product issues and help driving implementation ofadequate actions. QUALIFICATIONS:Desirable experience in SW Development as architect and/or developer. SDLC:SW Development life cyclePREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN USE OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING TOOLS:Code static analysis tools (such as Klockwork, Prevent, PMD),Test Management and Test Automation Tools (such as TM4J, Selenium, Cucumber, etc),Continuous Integration & Deployment (such as Jenkins, Docker, Circle CI, Ansible,etc),Versioning Tools (such as Git, SVN, Perforce, etc),OS (Linux, Windown, IOS),Infra Architecture (Load Balance, Virtualization, etc). Experience in mobile development languages (Java, Javascript, Scripts, etc)Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc)Experience in scripting post functions, triggers, etc on Atlassian toolsExperience on JQL for creating filters, dashboards, etcGraduation in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar backgroundAt least 4 years of professional experience in software development environmentDesirable work in support of Atlassian tools. Any certification in this matter isa bonus.
