OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE As the Technology Specialist, you will own and manage the design, development, enablement, and support of our ZAIDYN TechStack.
In this role, you will drive our innovation and continuous improvement of the capabilities in the form of standing up new platforms, tools, or system integrations according to business demand and use cases by becoming cloud native and data & digital ready by aligning to business needs, best practices as well as enterprise architecture principles.
Enable stakeholders (both within and outside of our ICC organization) to consume our capabilities.
Oversee day-to-day operation including platforms and services, to ensure all components work reliably and securely.
Socialize changes to existing and new capabilities, tools, components, and consumption models to stakeholders to drive platform adoption and stakeholder satisfaction.
ACCOUNTABILITIES Drive alignment and ensure compliance of proposed solutions with Takeda’s architectural, security, privacy, guidelines and quality standards Develop scalable services and platform operational/ governance processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in partnership with IT, business, and other key stakeholders.
Establish and institutionalize regular end-to-end KPI reviews for solution adoption, a continuous solution improvement process Be a subject matter expert on AI/ML and Next Best Actions workflows and processes Demonstrate leadership in Digital Product area by bringing all aspects of Product and Platform to all stakeholders Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our digital products.
Conduct technology assessments and proof-of-concepts to validate proposed solutions.
Work with business units’ stakeholders and with all relevant Global Chapters to conduct various activities in an agile collaborative manner managing the full product life cycle, from ideation to gap assessments and maturity mapping Partner with global teams and stakeholders to understand business strategy and design solutions aligned to business needs and ability to work across geographic boundaries to collaborate and support those global teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and Testing / QA engineers, to deliver high-quality digital products.
Collaborate with various Business Units and Service Areas within Takeda to help assure delivery excellence in pursuit to exceed stakeholders’ expectations of value delivered throughout the product lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Quickly assimilate new knowledge with deep Digital, Tech and business acumen and make it part of a continuous improvement.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Electronics Engineering related fields or equivalent experience.
3+ years of relevant of experience implementing solutions at an enterprise level in a regulated environment.
3+ years of relevant experience in SQL, Databricks, AI/ML, Python, R programming Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools with a focus on processing and data collection.
Experience of working with global teams Highly desirable to possess experience working in a life sciences environment and/or familiarity with the Pharma Industry Experience working in an Agile environment strongly preferred Strong soft and communication skills.
Able to clearly communicate, foster alignment across all levels of the organization, present issues and recommend solutions in a succinct manner Build strong cross-functional relationships with team members in the other enterprise functions like System Integrators, Data Digital and Technology Leads and Enterprise Architects BENEFITS.
