Software Account Sales Executive - The group has a presence in morethan 51 locations worldwide. THE COMPANY:Our client is a leading global supplier of software that optimizes processmanufacturing across multiple industries. Due to expansion, we are seeking anAccount Sales Executive, with exceptional consultative skills and enthusiasm foran opportunity based in São Paulo, Brazil. THE ROLE:REPORTING TO THE SALES MANAGER IN BRAZIL, YOU WILL DEVELOP BUSINESS WITHIN AN ASSIGNED REGION AND GENERATE REVENUE GROWTH THROUGH THE SALE OF THE COMPANY SOFTWARE, TOOLS, AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Working with cross-functional teams to generate client strategies, managecustomers and close strategic opportunities. Developing and managing with all levels in the customer organization. Understanding customers? business priorities and initiatives of current softwareAchieving sales quota for licenses and services in the oil&gas/energy sector underyour remit, with a clear and well-articulated plan and account strategy. Handling day-to-day sales process with assigned clients, organizing meetings,regular customer visits, closing sales, and maximizing new opportunities. Taking ownership of the business model and sales process for assigned accountsthat includes responsibility for proposals, contracts, and pricing approval forlicenses and professional services. Assembling market information to investigate consumer trends and analyze thecompetition. Achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas. The RequirementsB. S. in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience in software salesor consultative selling and experience in Energy / Oil&Gas sector is a plusKnowledge in modeling software products, advanced process control, real-timeoptimization, manufacturing execution systems, or planning/scheduling solutions,is desired. Demonstrate effective selling and presentation techniques to influence customersand strong closing techniques. Proficient at establishing and cultivating ?C? level relationships, capable tohunt and nurture new clients. Self-starter, independent, passionate, and able to work and produce results, withlimited supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced level of English is mandatory. Spanish is a plusHome-based role with 25% ? 50% travel expected within Brazil.
