A passionate professional with a curious and continuously improving mindset to develop high-quality software through efficient code using industry best practices, positioning PayRetailers at the forefront of innovation in the industry. This role is Hybrid, requiring presence in our offices in Sao Paulo. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Creating microservices-based solutions. Writing and executing high-quality tests. Continuously improving gaps in maintainability, performance, and code quality. Participating in architectural discussions demonstrating deep technical knowledge. Having a sense of ownership and ability to push things towards completion. Mentoring less experienced team members. Being able to explain complex technical solutions in a clear and understandable way. Experience and Qualifications: Experience with microservices and AWS. Deep knowledge in writing high-quality code that is performant and maintainable. Continuous improvement mindset willingness to learn and adopt innovation through new tools, practices, and frameworks. Passionate about getting things done. Having a strong sense of ownership and willingness to push the team forward. Being able to make technical and architectural decisions based on arguments and facts. A team player with excellent communication skills. Solid experience in developing and architecting REST APIs, preferably in a microservices environment. AWS Management Services. Experience with async communication and messaging SQS and SNS. Experience with cloud application development and containerization. Experience with management tools like GitHub. Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards.
