• Participate in analysis and definition of Warehouse Management System software requirement.
• Development and testing of WMS system and application software.
• On-site software implementation and integration with other systems and equipment (webservices, TCP-IP, IOT) • Assist Project Manager in drafting preliminary project schedules/timeline and documents, and subsequently updating them.
• Assist in setup, configuration and rules according to requirement.
• Develop design specification according to requirement specification.
• Solid understanding of the customer’s operational working practices and requirements.
• Recognize, identify cause of bug and able to apply fixes to resolve it.
• Ensure that the project is implemented successfully within schedule.
• Develop and produce clear, efficient code based on requirements & specifications • Integrate software code/program components and third-party programs as required • Gather and evaluate user feedback and recommend and execute improvements • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting • Able to read and understand Software Requirements Specification documents • Design and write high-quality codes to program complete applications on schedule • Training users • Software user support • Keep track of competition, new developments, trends and capabilities in the supply chain automation business; • Promote continuous improvement and collaborate in the creation of standard tools and guidelines for solution development; • Actively support and comply with Körber’s Compliance and Code of Conduct.
Your profile.
• Engineering background fluent in at least one programming language (preferably C# or willing to transition to it) • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience with the Entity Framework, including its various components such as LINQ, DbContext, and Code First.
• Familiarity with database design and SQL.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
