Senior Sap Mm Consultant - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP MM and a good understanding of Payer Finance and Accounting domains. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of SAP MM solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP MM modules including Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, Physical Inventory, and Special Procurements. Provide expertise in SAP Indirect and Direct Procurement processes to optimize procurement operations. Manage SAP Inventory Management and Purchasing activities to ensure efficient inventory control and procurement practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions. Ensure the integration of SAP MM modules with other SAP modules and external systems. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of SAP MM solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP MM processes, configurations, and customizations. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP MM solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot SAP MM system issues and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated with the latest SAP MM developments and best practices to continuously improve SAP MM solutions. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of SAP MM projects. Support the hybrid work model by effectively collaborating with remote and on-site team members. Mandatory Requirements Solid knowledge and implementation of the MM module. Implementation of purchasing, stock, and receiving processes. Advanced experience in implementing XML, Inbound, GRC, PDF, and other solutions. Mastery of MM functional integrations with other modules (SD, LES-TRA, FI, CO, PS, PM, QM, PP). Mastery of Brazil localization (TAXBRA, MP135, withholding taxes, DIFAL, etc. ). Knowledge of BRF-PLUS. Experience and practice in Activate methodology and agile methods. Advanced English. Desirable Requirements Desirable experience in process design, ability to create and carry out training with internal users, and monitor progress of developments with offshore teams. Knowledge of logic and debugging ABAP programs. Experience in LATAM localization projects. Experience in S/4HANA projects. Certification in the SAP-MM module in ECC and/or S/4HANA. Experience in international projects. Previous experience of SAP version upgrade projects. Advanced Spanish. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be a plus. Why Cognizant?
