ROLE DESCRIPTION The DSC Delivery @ Scale is an organization that provides remote/onsite SAP consulting services to SAP customers. It is a global team with centers in EMEA, India, Greater China, North America, and Latin America. We are growing our organization to expand our delivery capabilities within the Latin American region. The DSC Delivery @ Scale is a sophisticated Service & Knowledge organization providing unique capabilities to SAPs customers on their implementations of innovation products, mainly in S/4HANA, EWM, TM, and IBP products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work on leading customer-facing project implementations with a focus on the IBP solution portfolio. Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements. Advise customers on industry best practices in the area of expertise. Configure the requirements in respective solutions. Prepare functional specifications and support development teams. Conduct testing, training, and support for master data migration. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly SAP IBP. Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients. Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues. Execute innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions. Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e. g. , RDSs, Best practices implementation guides). Evaluate affected processes and scenarios, ensuring proper validation of solutions implemented by granting minimum test case scenarios execution. Get involved with customer scenarios, understand business needs, and discuss best approaches to help them. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Good integration knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA and SAP IBP using SAP Cloud Platform Integration Data Services. Good understanding of an integrated and end-to-end supply chain planning process with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP solutions. Ability and willingness to pick up knowledge in new areas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent team player with individual ownership. Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus. Desired but not mandatory: Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology. Knowledge of SAP Cloud strategy Public cloud, Private cloud. Industry/domain experience in the area of supply chain management. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
