ROLE DESCRIPTION   The DSC Delivery @ Scale is an organization that provides remote/onsite SAP consulting services to SAP customers.
It is a global team with centers in EMEA, India, Greater China, North America and Latin America.
We are growing our organization to expand our delivery capabilities within the Latin American region.
Our desire is to provide SAP’s customers access to the best global network of consultants with expertise in SAP’s latest technologies.
The DSC Delivery @ Scale is a sophisticated Service & Knowledge organization providing unique capabilities to SAP’s customers on their implementations of innovation products, mainly in S/4HANA, EWM, TM and IBP products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Work on leading customer facing project implementations with focus on IBP solution portfolio.
Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
Advise customer on industry best practices in the area of expertise.
Configure the requirements in respective solutions.
Prepare functional specifications and support development teams.
Conduct testing, training and support for master data migration.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS   Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly SAP IBP.
Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues.
Execution of innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions.
Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e.
.
RDS´s, Best practices implementation guides).
Be able to evaluate affected processes and scenarios.
Ensure proper validation of solution implemented by grating minimum test case scenarios execution.
Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES   Solid experience developing/deployment as IBP / APO / PP-DS consultant on projects; Good Integration knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA and SAP IBP using SAP Cloud Platform Integration – Data Services; Good understanding of an integrated and end-to-end supply chain planning process with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP solutions; Ability and good will to pick up knowledge in new areas; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Excellent Team Player with individual ownership; Strong client-facing experience and well developed customer focus;   Desired but not mandatory.
Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology; Knowledge of SAP Cloud strategy – Public cloud, Private cloud Industry/domain experience in the area of supply chain management   Education Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar   LOCATION São Leopoldo – Brasil.
