om Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of SAP SD solutions for Brazil and LATAM regions.
Oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash process within SAP ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices and industry standards to optimize system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications.
Ensure the successful configuration and customization of SAP SD modules to meet business needs.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP SD solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP SD processes and configurations.
Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they are proficient in using SAP SD functionalities.
Monitor and troubleshoot SAP SD issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP SD developments and trends incorporating new features and enhancements as needed.
Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes within SAP.
Support the integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of SAP SD processes.
Mandatory requirements Solid knowledge of SAP-SD module implementations (products and services) Experience and mastery of Brazilian localization (TAXBRA, MP135, Withholding Tax, DIFAL, Triangular Operations, Transfer between Centers, etc.) Experience in implementing XML, Outbound, GRC and/or other tax solutions.
Mastery of SD functional integrations with other modules (MM stock, PP -MRP, LES-TRA, FI, CO).
Knowledge of BRF-PLUS.
Experience and practice in Activate methodology and agile methods.
Advanced English.
Desirable requirements Desirable experience in process design, ability to create and carry out training with internal users, and monitor progress of developments with offshore teams.
Knowledge of logic and debugging ABAPs programs.
Experience in LATAM localization projects.
Experience in S/4HANA projects.
Certification in the SAP-SD module in ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Experience in international projects Previous experience of SAP version upgrade projects Advanced Spanish.
