Senior Developer – Java / Microservices What you’ll do Cognizant is looking for an Senior Developer to work mainly with Java / Microservices.

· Requirement Gathering · Estimations · Technical Documentations (Functional and non-functional) · Define Technical Solutions · Coding · Testing · Delivering · Java Code · Manage user stories in Azure DevOps Minimum Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree Language Level.
Advanced English · Background application development / technical implementation experience.
Agile development knowledge is an advantage · Background in digital transformation, transforming from Monolithic to Microservice application, Domain Driven Design (DDD) · Background in technical implementation with the following technologies, tools or related areas.
· Enterprise Java, Spring, Springboot, SpringCloud or MVC Framework · Jenkins & pipeline (CI/CD) · Cloud-based Kubernetes platform · NoSQL (E.

MongoDB) · End to end tracing · App Performance Monitoring · Service Mesh · GIT (E.

Gitlab / Bitbucket / GitHub) Knowledge in Java (Java 8) and above development · Background with Microservice architecture and 12 factor application · Knowledge of security systems like OAuth 2 and SAML · Strong knowledge on Microservice patterns · Knowledge in Cloud Native and Dev Ops concepts and tools · Must have experience in defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting for functional and non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions.
· Well versed with technology and concepts related to Java, microservices, cloud based environment, CI/CD · Should be able to partner with business teams and bridge the gap between business and technical teams · Ensure timely deliverables following best practices · Should be able to prioritize the backlogs based on business criticalities · Should be able to manage features/stories in Azure DevOps Please, upload your resume in English.
