Senior Developer – Databricks and PySpark – Clinical Operations What you’ll do We’re seeking for an Senior Developer – Databricks and PySpark.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Databricks and PySpark with a strong background in Clinical operations.
This hybrid role requires working during the day shift and does not involve travel.
The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing data solutions to support our clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and PySpark to support clinical operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data solutions.
Implement best practices for data management ensuring data integrity and security.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Databricks and PySpark.
Design and implement scalable data architectures to handle large volumes of clinical data.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data processing workflows.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in clinical data management.
Create and maintain documentation for data solutions including design specifications and user guides.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and workflows.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Databricks PySpark and clinical data management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
Minimum Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree Language Level.
Advanced English Should be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Must have strong experience in Databricks and PySpark.
Must have domain expertise in Clinical operations.
Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Should possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
Must be able to work in a hybrid work model.
Should be familiar with industry standards and regulations in clinical data management.
Should have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications.
Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark PySpark Certification Please, upload your resume in English.
