The Role We are seeking a Senior Data Science Consultant with a focus on Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models , and Retrieval-Augmented Generation . This is an exceptional opportunity to lead cutting-edge AI-driven initiatives that redefine how businesses interact with and derive insights from their data. Key Responsibilities AI & NLP Strategy and Implementation: Design and implement advanced NLP solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG frameworks to solve complex business challenges. Identify opportunities to enhance decision-making processes through data science innovations. Product and Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable data solutions and AI products tailored to client needs. Guide the integration of NLP and LLM capabilities into enterprise platforms for real-world applications. Research and Development: Lead research initiatives to evaluate emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies. Stay updated on advancements in machine learning, focusing on LLMs and their application to unstructured data. Client Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with clients to explore the potential of LLMs and RAG in addressing their business challenges. Communicate technical concepts and provide strategic recommendations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You Bring Expertise in NLP, LLM, and RAG: Proven hands-on experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale NLP models, with a strong focus on LLMs (e. g. , GPT, BERT) and RAG frameworks. Technical Acumen: Proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI tools. Familiarity with Databricks is a strong plus. Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into impactful business outcomes. Collaborative Leadership: Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams, fostering innovation, and driving measurable results.
