Senior Business Analyst - Analytics What you’ll do The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence and will be responsible for analyzing data generating insights and driving strategic decisions.
This role is crucial for enhancing our business processes and contributing to the company overall success Key Responsibilities.
Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools.
Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business performance.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Support the implementation of new business processes and systems by providing analytical expertise.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Business Intelligence and analytics.
Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices and methodologies in data analysis.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and systems.
Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science of Related Field.
Language Level.
Advanced English Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrate proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar.
Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
Show knowledge in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
Have a good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Display strong organizational and time management skills.
Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
