Atividades:
Pesquisar e identificar potenciais clientes
Entrar em contato com leads por e-mail ou telefone
Apresentar a empresa para potenciais clientes
Qualificar leads
Elaborar um roteiro para o primeiro contato
Investigar as características do lead e identificar suas necessidades
Confirmar se o lead tem potencial para se tornar cliente
Promover o engajamento do lead por meio de follow-ups
