What you’ll do.
Position Title.
SAP iXp Intern - TS I&CX Executive Support Location.
São Leopoldo, RS Be part of the Communication Crew of the TS I&CX Executive Office working on presentations & internal communications; Creativity and design skills; Provide administrative support for global Head of TS I&CX including calendar management, planning and scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, submitting expense reports and preparing presentations; Organization and scheduling of internal events (including managing agendas); Create purchase orders; Reception and distribution of documents; Serve as moderator for meetings and events; Assist theTS I&CX Executive Office with different tasks; Provide support in all ongoing projects and initiatives   What you bring.
Executive secretary, administration, communication, marketing, public relations, or related fields degrees in course are preferable (2th semester or later or two years to graduation);  Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written); Attention to detail and high motivation; Collaborative & Team worker.
No previous experience required, but a year of previous experience in the role is a plus Meet your team.
The intern will work with the Technical Support Industries & Customer Experience (TS I&CX) Executive Office and will assist with various administrative tasks.
The intern will have the opportunity to work on global projects inside TS I&CX as needed.
