What you’ll do.

SAP iXp intern - Support Center Brazil Location.
São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil  Hybrid position   1.
Be part of the Communication Crew of SC Brazil, working on presentations & internal communications Be the point of contact for communication/marketing activities and materials inside the team; Administration of SC Brazil internal portal; Ownership of the monthly newsletter; Creativity and design skills; 2.
Organization of internal events; 3.
Responsible for late shift and weekend transportation, whenever required; 4.
Responsible for overtime payment reports; 5.
Create purchase orders; 6.
Reception and distribution of documents; 7.
Travel arrangements; 8.
Assist the Support Center Coordinator in different tasks; 9.
Provide support in all ongoing projects and initiatives, being them local (SC Brazil) or global ones (SCN).
What you bring.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
No previous experience required, but a year of previous experience in the role is a plus.
•    Executive secretary or administration degree in course are preferable (2nd semester or later or two years to graduation); •    Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; •    Excellent communication skills both in Portuguese & English (oral and written); •    Attention to detail and high motivation; •    Collaborative & Team worker.
Meet your team.
The intern will work with the Support Center Lead and Support Center Coordinator and will assist managers and employees of Support Center Brazil in various administrative tasks.
The intern will have the opportunity to work on global projects inside Support Center Network (SCN) as needed.
