What you’ll do.
Position title.
SAP iXp Intern - Premium Hub Service Assistant Location.
São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid Managing meetings, agenda, and challenges for the CoE Labs Head of Premium Hub CoE Responsible for scheduling and defining the resources for Expert Guided Implementation (EGI)  Manage the CoE Labs sharepoint, coffee corners, internal documentation Preparation (incl.
compilation of PowerPoint presentations), execution and follow-up (incl.
writing meeting minutes, tracking action items) of strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintenance of internal critical and confidential information in sharepoint.
Independently perform special projects that require a combined knowledge of administrative needs and technical operations.

Enrollment as student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, applicable to the related field.
Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English,  Willing to learn new technologies  Experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook  Good sense of organization and compliance English is mandatory Spanish is a plus (or willing to learn) This position requires no specific work experience.
Previous experience as intern or working student in a related position is advantageous.
