September     This is the opportunity to impact thousands of new hires at SAP! Since July the Global Onboarding Team has reached over ~ new employees with the transformation of the global onboarding program through an enhanced learner-centered experience.

By continuing to provide the right information at the right time to our new hires, we impact new employees at one of the most critical times during the employee lifecycle.

In this role,   As an Intern your key responsibilities will include.
Deliver virtual onboarding experience to new hires and support in person experiences in Brazil.
Work on other topics focused on the employee onboarding journey.
Actively participate and support a design thinking process to redefine onboarding for our newly promoted and newly hired managers.
Ensure content maintenance and streamline governance process for hundreds of pieces of content maintained by supporting teams.
Opportunities to develop capabilities and in-depth knowledge in Success Factors Onboarding 2.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters program that include courses in.
Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Instructional Design, Design Thinking or Adult Learning Educational Experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English  Working understanding of Design Thinking Concepts  Working understanding of Adult Learning Theory  Attention to detail      Meet your team.
The Global Onboarding team is one of the first points of contact for SAP new employees as they begin their career at SAP and fulfill the promises made during the recruitment cycle.
As part of a revamped global onboarding experience, the global onboarding team will help create, execute, and adapt a learner-centered, experiential approach to a year-long program for all new SAP employees.
As a next step in our journey we are continuing to leverage learning experience design thinking principles to create and implement a continuous year long journey that meets our new-hire centric onboarding learning objectives.
