Salesperson - The ideal candidate will be passionate, flexible, and possess strong teamwork skills, with the drive to grow with a startup company in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities : Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in a startup environment. Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to expand our customer base and increase market presence. Conduct detailed market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and participating in trade shows and other industry events. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services, tailored to a diverse audience. Negotiate and close deals while effectively handling complaints or objections. Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams to guide business strategies. Requirements : Proven experience as a sales representative or in a related sales role, preferably in a startup environment. Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Fast learner with a passion for sales and a drive for achieving sales targets. Excellent command of MS Office. Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a record of achieving substantial results. Excellent teamwork skills, with the flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. Willing to relocate to São Paulo where our central office will be located.
