Unicorn Role Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce applications for a growing financial services company.
In this role, you will ensure efficient configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce systems, and work with business stakeholders to complete projects.
If you have extensive Salesforce experience, enjoy working with data, and have an eye for detail, this role is perfect for you.
What You’ll Do Oversee user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather requirements for system needs Resolve support case tickets and troubleshoot Salesforce issues Build automation, flows, and maintain Salesforce databases Perform API integrations and support other technical Salesforce requests Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role Extensive experience in administration, maintenance, and configuration of Salesforce systems Exceptional ability to manage Salesforce databases and automate processes Degree in Computer Science (preferred) Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred) Tools You’ll Use CRM.
