Performance Films at Eastman Eastman Performance Films is part of Eastman’s Advanced Materials business segment.

Performance Films is currently searching for a Sales Representative to support the 4S business segment.
The role.
We are looking for an energetic seasoned Sales Representative to join an exciting and rapidly growing team responsible for day-day and longer-term territory management, bringing in new customers into the entire sales development and customer management life cycle.
Territory.
Texas Responsibilities Develop and utilize territory management plan Identify and cold-call prospects Generating new business by creating and delivering qualified opportunities  Make follow-up calls to existing customers - cross-sell and up-sell Handle a variety of prospect calls, internet leads, and convert them into sales Service existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups; complaint handling; resolving credit concerns; sample follow ups; and other account related issues Provide Voice of Customer feedback including product quality, performance and service issues and concerns Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms Provide ongoing sales demand forecasts Negotiate business to close including pricing, sales terms, and other conditions Help provide sales analysis data to external sales team.
Engage effectively with SFDC and opportunity management process.
Qualifications BS/BA is required, business related discipline required Previous outside sales experience essential  Experience with CRM and other sales systems and tools Experience in the automotive industry highly desirable Traits.
