Ready to join us? About this opportunity The Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing expanded analytic support for the Brazil Sales team.
This position will provide accurate and timely sales reports, proactive insights and recommendations to help drive Align Technologies business, as well as manage expenses control, with a wide variety of responsibilities that can change on a daily basis.
In this role, you will… • Actively support Sales Sr Managers in providing timely reporting, various analysis, reconciliation of sales & marketing views, which reflect true customer needs, providing recommendations of areas of improvement.
• Be responsible for providing Sales discipline by supporting various sales events, preparing documents, logistics support and other task assigned.
• Supporting sale team includes managing schedules, preparing and creating sales documents and customizing ppt/lecture flyers, generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data.
• Be a strong partner controlling sales department budget and issuing payments, with accurate organization and planning.
• Supporting sales department in handling customer and prioritizing customer requests if necessary.
• Competent in the use of company systems like Aravo, checkbox, Ariba, Protheus, Salesforce, Jira, Service now, etc.
to support sales in treatment status response and follow up.
• Issue correctly and timely POs for internal customers’ vendor purchase requests • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge in orthodontic/dental concepts and topics, being able to learn fast about the business.
• Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
In this role, you’ll need … • 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, same industry is a plus; • Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, • Sales force.
om, Experience in reporting and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Business Objects, etc.) required • Proficiency in building models and dashboards in MS Excel is required (use of advanced formulas such as V/Hlookup, Index, Match, Advanced Filters) • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Education o BS or BA or equivalent experience.
