Rev Ops Director - As the key architect of our revenue engine, youll ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies, build scalable processes, and leverage data to unlock new growth opportunities. Key roles: Responsible for developing long-term revenue strategies that align with the organization''s overall goals. This involves setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive. Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all revenue streams. Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership, helping guide strategic decisions and forecasting. Establish, document, and continuously refine workflows and processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment between teams to drive revenue consistency. Standardize and improve lead management, forecasting, and pipeline processes. Evaluating and implementing revenue-driving tools and technologies. This includes overseeing data integration and management, as well as ensuring that all systems are aligned and optimized for revenue growth. Ensure accurate data flow and integration between systems, reducing friction and ensuring scalability. Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate revenue models and forecasts. This involves analyzing sales and marketing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Partner with finance and sales leadership to develop accurate revenue forecasts and goals. Monitor progress against targets and proactively identify risks or gaps in performance. Serves as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals. This involves facilitating communication between departments, resolving conflicts, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Lead and mentor the Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Responsible for allocating resources for revenue operations initiatives and monitoring the return on investment (ROI) of these initiatives. This involves developing and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that all investments are aligned with revenue growth goals. Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role, with leadership experience. Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (e. G. , Salesforce, HubSpot). Proven track record of driving revenue growth through operational excellence and data-driven insights. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change effectively.
