Regional Marketing Lead, Latam - The leadwill also be responsible for annual planning, budget management, verticalstrategy, research, briefing, project management, agency and partner managementengaging with decision makers, to manage, assess and positively influencecountry-level and regional level leadership. Posses strong leadership skills, is deeply passionate about cross-functionalprojects and campaigns, high level strategic thinking, on the ground influence andexecution. This person will bring an innovative approach to building a brand andinspire the team to push the boundaries creatively. This role requires the abilityto work across different borders and cultures, high business acumen and analyticalskills to identify and prioritize opportunity areas in our business. This person will excel at strategic decision-making and have the ability toproblem solve with a solution-oriented mindset. ResponsibilitiesAdapt and deploy Empresa importante strategies to regional contexts through a deeperunderstanding of local markets and customersPlan and lead marketing campaigns and activations at the regional level toincrease brand awareness, brand likability, as well as acquire and retain newusers. Manage agency relationships and external partners at the regionaland local level. Define annual and semester planning strategies, including budget and resourceallocation and brand and vertical marketing strategies. Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns to better optimize spend andperformance, draw insights & make data-driven decisions that drive the marketingteam''s goalsDevelop strategies for categories in each region/ country and tap into thesecultural pillars to grow the community. Co-lead regional product marketing initiatives, work cross-functionally toallocate resources to define the overall marketing growth strategy for products inthe regionCo-lead regional social media efforts to establish branding strategies in theregionCo-lead creative content production by leverage Empresa importante and regional resourcesHire and build out the team further across the region, identifying strategicopportunities and maximizing impact**Qualifications**:10+ years of working experience in marketing strategy and branding. Bachelor''s degree or above. Experience in brand positioning, brand strategy, with a good taste in creativityand innovation. Strong track record of building and leading teams across multiple marketsStrong track record of leading impactful creative campaigns across brand and/orproduct marketing. Mastery of online and offline mediaExceptional organizational skillsStrong strategic decision-making and ability to problem solve with asolution-oriented mindset. Deep knowledge of the industry and agency ecosystem. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, self-driven and optimistic, able towork under pressure. Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
