Regional Market Director - As the iGaming Regional Market Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will lead a team to achieve aggressive revenue targets, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure regulatory compliance within your designated region. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully driving business development in a competitive market landscape. Key Responsibilities: Market Strategy and Expansion: Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the designated region, including short-term and long-term growth goals. Identify and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive the company's competitive advantage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor products, promotions, and marketing efforts to the specific needs and preferences of the target market. Revenue Generation and Performance: Set ambitious revenue targets and oversee their achievement through effective team management, performance evaluation, and ongoing optimization of sales strategies. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition, retention rates, and market share, taking proactive measures to address areas of concern. Partnership Development: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and affiliates, to enhance the company's brand presence and market position. Identify potential partnership opportunities and negotiate agreements to expand the company's network and influence in the region. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company's operations are fully compliant with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards within the region. Stay updated on changes in local and international regulations that may impact the iGaming industry and implement necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and collective success. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance, market trends, challenges, and opportunities. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives and strategies. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the iGaming industry with a strong track record of success in business development and market expansion. Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of the regulatory landscape within the designated region and a solid understanding of the global iGaming market trends. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changes and finding innovative solutions. Willingness to travel as needed to establish and maintain relationships within the designated region.
