You will be responsible for:Reconcile receivable accounts and identify discrepancies. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues. Communicate with EBANX partners processors to resolve reconciliation issues. Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System. Develop new ways of working according to the new operations, suppliers and systems. Analyze costs trends and generate insights for efficiency (costs and revenue). Main requirements for this position:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field. Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of EBANX partners processors and payment systems is a plus. Knowledge of acquirers is a plus. Spanish and/or English Skills.
