Join the home for entrepreneurs!   Your role in our team You will develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
You will conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
You will perform audits of internal processes and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
You will develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, test procedures, and quality control reports.
You will analyze quality data and generate reports to monitor quality performance and identify trends.
You will lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events.
You will provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.
You will ensure that products meet customer and regulatory requirements through rigorous testing and inspection.
You will participate in new product development processes to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the start.
You will act as a liaison between the company and external auditors or inspectors, facilitating audits and ensuring the implementation of recommendations.
You will develop and implement supplier quality management programs, including conducting supplier audits and managing supplier performance.
You will create and manage quality-related documentation and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
You will develop and maintain a calibration program for testing and inspection equipment.
You will stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality engineering.
You will support customer complaint investigations and resolutions, ensuring effective communication and timely closure.
You will assist in the development and implementation of quality training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
Your profile You have a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
You have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
You have a certification in quality assurance (e.
., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt).
You have strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.
., ISO , AS).
You are proficient in quality management software and statistical analysis tools (e.
., Minitab, SPC).
You possess knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques (e.
., 8D, 5 Whys).
You have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You possess knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
