Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer / Tech Leader to join our dynamic team in Botucatu, Brazil.
In this role, you will lead software development projects, mentor team members, and drive technical innovation within our organization.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their technical skills Participate in architectural decisions and technology selection Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Contribute to the development of technical strategies aligned with business goals Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of software development experience 2+ years in a technical leadership role Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++ Expertise in cloud platforms (e.
., AWS, Azure, GCP) Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools Experience with Agile methodologies and project management Strong system design and architecture skills Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git Experience managing and mentoring development teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make decisive technical decisions Visionary approach to software development and team leadership In-depth knowledge of software development best practices Understanding of scalable and distributed systems Relevant certifications (e.
., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Scrum Master) are a plus Fluency in Portuguese and English is required
