Proposals & Contracts Administrator - **Responsibilities**- Supporting Sales Managers in winning of new business- Opening customer accounts by recording account information in the CRM system- Gathering contact details of potential customers- Acting as point of contact to sales agents- Assisting in the preparation of materials for proposals and contracts- Maintaining IT systems on all proposal and contract related data- Effective communication with other individuals and teams- Ensuring individual compliance with QHSE policy and procedures**REQUIREMENTS**:**Qualification Or Skills**- Strong commercial, financial and technical knowledge and understanding- Proficient in spoken and written English- Professional experience in engineering, business administration or related areas- The professional shall demonstrate 1-3 years minimum, in a (technical) Sales, Commercial or Project Administration- Experience in private or public bids would be an asset**OUR OFFER**: The function enables you to become part of the ambitious and growing organization that serves the Oil and Gas industry with state-of-the-art technologies.
