A Project Manager is responsible for communication with clients, internal departments, panel partners and outsourcing companies, ensuring that both the client?s expectations and company goals are met or exceeded. A Project Manager will actively seek and communicate ways to improve project performance at all times. What you?ll do:General Responsibilities (20%)Working with the Client Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of your projects. Working with the Business Development team to ensure services are delivered to the required standard. Joint responsibility (in partnership with the Business Development representatives) for the client satisfaction scores of our local clients. Participate in client review meetings where appropriate. Resolving complaints that occur during the fieldwork to both the clients and Kantar Profiles satisfaction. Conducting debriefs with the client and internal teams to share learnings for future projects. Share learnings with the rest of the operations team sothat project profitability can be improved. Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Project Responsibilities (80%)The Project Manager should manage every aspect of online project management, including:Understanding the client?s needs, incorporating them into the research and communicating them to other project managers as requiredWorking on their own projects and with other members of the operations team to ensure successful execution and completion of projects through:Working to a budget and being mindful of costs and profitability of individual projects and clientsProviding advice on project and questionnaire requirementsClient liaison / servicingCommunicating with panel partners and outsource operations company to ensure field requirements metSurvey scheduling and set-upSampling / Sample specificationMonitoring achievements of quotasData checking and validationCommunication with clients during fieldworkComing up with proactive and intelligent solutions to any issues facedWhat you?ll bring:Client management experience, displaying a solutions driven approachExcellent communication skills ? specifically how to distil the issues, manage client expectations and communicate in a timely manner under pressureExperience in online research is an advantage but is not essential. English language (essential)This role would suit a motivated professional who enjoys fostering relationships and working as part of a team, but also embraces responsibility for their work as an individual. The successful project manager will exhibit the ability to be proactive, solution-oriented and well-organized. A good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge is essential. Knowledge of SPSS will be an advantage.
