The Project Logistics Specialist directly supports customer supply chains by helping to move their freight efficiently and effectively.
They interact directly with customers to build and strengthen relationships, increase efficiency, and conduct analysis to help customers maximize C.

uties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following.
verall project management and coordination for all project files relating to truck/rail, sea, air, and barge inbound and outbound.
nsure that all shipment obligations are met and that full client satisfaction is achieved.
ate negotiations, carrier strategy, and carrier selection.
et up templates for billing and project reports for use by Project Logistics Coordinators.
evelop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customers’ organizations.
onitor compliance with insurance requirements, reporting, and claim settlement.
nterface with client representatives when critical issues arise and assess possible solutions.
anage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of SOPs, KPIs, and other account-specific metrics.
onduct regular business reviews, leveraging internal analytics and market intelligence to gain customer insights, understand positive and negative trends in data, uncover new opportunities for growth, increase sales, and retain and grow the business by presenting strategic solutions to the customer.

inimum 5 years of project logistics experience.
