Job Purpose Responsible for the successful execution of the assigned project package by coordinating all the disciplines involved such as engineering, procurement, inspection, testing, transport, etc., in accordance with TechnipFMC QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments (design data, codes, classes etc.), schedule and budget.
Job Description Manage the daily administration of projects.
Ensure that engineering and requisitioning, as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities in own area of action are developed according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, and materials budget as well as contractual specifications.
Provide timely reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor.
follow up of activity, critical deviation of activities and/or potential risks.
Enforce QHSES corporate policies within areas of responsibilities.
Coordinate engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations.
Ensure that vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time.
Handle preparation of documents required by contract and authorities.
Oversee the availability of all information and data needed for activities within areas of responsibility.
Contribute to the definition of equipment lists.

BS in Engineering or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of experience in engineering or related fields.
2 to 5 years of experience as project engineer.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to think and act independently on relatively complex projects and issues.
Efficient problem-solving skills.
Good level of English (written & oral).
