Job description: This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and administrative processes within a dynamic environment. The intern will assist with operational accounting tasks and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department while gaining valuable industry knowledge. Main Responsibilities: Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, and other documentation. Assist in preparing, sorting, and filing accounting and administrative documents (digital). Provide updated company information, including general information, financial, tax, legal documents in the region. Complete the government surveys applicable in the region. Coordinate the Insurance commercial policies issuing. Support collecting withholding certificates with customers and vendors. Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Skills: Advanced English (Spanish is a plus). Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and systems. Eager to learn and proactive in taking on new responsibilities. Team players with excellent communication skills. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
