PRODUCTION PLANNER

We are looking for a Production Planner who is responsible for planning the production of goods in accordance with pre-determined specifications and standards while maintaining inventory and cost objectives of the company and ensuring excellent service levels of finished goods at minimum overall cost with compliance to planning processes and strategies. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring product supply and meeting customer requirements, managing Production Plan and Production Schedules, New Products and Product Changes and Discontinuance for product categories handled. The Production Planner is expected to ensure best utilization of the company's resources, ensure cost controls while ensuring supply and managing inventory levels for assigned category/ies. Takes care of Production Plan and Schedules generation and monitoring thereof. Ensures availability of raw materials, labels, and packaging materials as required for production. Promptly address and resolve production issues to minimize delays in production. Responds to supply surges and unplanned demand. Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years experience as Production Planner in a manufacturing company. Experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals will be a distinct advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Well-versed in Excel. Good written and oral communication skills. Great attention to detail. Preferably with knowledge of SAP/ERP/Supply Chain Systems. Computer proficient with experience in supply chain software. Willing to be assigned in our office in Paseo Center Sta. Rosa Laguna. What Human Nature Can Offer You: 5 days work schedule.
