Responsibilities - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth in key verticals.- Support the team in conducting market research and analysis to provide insights on product performance and customer needs.- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and enable the right solutions for clients, contributing to ARPA growth and revenue targets.- Provide inbound support and feedback on product strategies, helping to shape and improve TikTok's monetization solutions.- Engage with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and operational excellence.- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and training materials for sellers and internal teams.- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Minimum Qualifications- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including the ability to utilize them to extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets for informed decision-making.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Passion for the digital advertising and social media industry.
Preferred Qualifications - Previous internship or work experience in a related field (., sales, marketing, business analysis).- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar.- Experience in project management or leading multiple initiatives.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.- Knowledge of the digital advertising industry and market trends.- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to driving improvements and addressing challenges.
