Jundiaí (Home Office), com alta disponibilidade para deslocamento até o cliente - na mesma cidade.
Estamos em busca de um Product Owner experiente para integrar nosso time em um projeto desafiador e inovador, que envolve automação industrial e integração de sistemas complexos.
O profissional será responsável por liderar a gestão do backlog e assegurar que as entregas atendam às expectativas do cliente.
Responsabilidades.
Gerenciar e priorizar o backlog do produto, alinhando com as metas do cliente.
Representar o cliente, garantindo entregas que atendam às expectativas.
Refinar histórias de usuário e detalhar requisitos técnicos e operacionais para a equipe.
Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis (planning, daily, reviews, retrospectivas).
Alinhar requisitos relacionados a hardware, software e integração mecânica, assegurando clareza nos objetivos do projeto.
Promover o alinhamento entre o cliente e a equipe, assegurando comunicação efetiva e resolução de dúvidas.
Requisitos Mandatórios.
Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, TI ou áreas correlatas.
Residir em Jundiaí ou proximidades, com alta disponibilidade para deslocamento.
Experiência comprovada como Product Owner em projetos de automação industrial ou desenvolvimento tecnológico integrado.
Conhecimento básico de processos mecânicos e interação entre sistemas de hardware e software.
Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
Desejável.
Certificação em Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO ou equivalente).
Experiência em projetos que envolvam controle de processos mecânicos e integração de dispositivos.
Familiaridade com ferramentas como Jira e Trello.
Conhecimento prático em integração de CLPs, sensores e dispositivos mecânicos será um diferencial.
