PRODUCT OWNER - ECOMMERCE
Descrição da oferta de emprego
• Definir e priorizar o backlog de produto, inerente com a estratégia dos canais digitais B2C e as necessidades do negócio;
• Realizar cadências de agilidade com membros do time Tech;
• Levantar requisitos, documentar processos e descrever histórias de usuário;
• Trabalhar em colaboração com Tech Lead, UX Designer e times de negócio;
• Comunicação com stakeholders, alinhando entre expectativas do negócio e entrega de valor do time;
• Acompanhar a criação, desenvolvimento até o lançamento de funcionalidades e jornadas do cliente;
• Acompanhar métricas de conversão, performance e tendências de mercado, sugerindo otimizações e decisões baseadas em dados;
• Apoiar a resolução de problemas de integrações relacionadas a operação dos canais digitais B2C;
• Ser a voz do cliente dentro do time Tech, garantindo que as soluções atendam às necessidades dos usuários.
QUALIFICAÇÕES E
• Experiência prévia como Product Owner (PO) em e-commerce;
• Conhecimento sobre plataformas VTEX (IO/FastStore);
• Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e gestão de backlog;
• Familiaridade com Google Analytics e ferramentas de monitoramento de comportamento do usuário;
• Analisar KPIs de e-commerce (taxa de conversão, ticket médio, e etc.);
• Noções de SEO, CRO (Otimização de Conversão) e UX/UI para e-commerce;
