O candidato ideal será responsável por definir a visão do produto, priorizar o backlog e garantir que a equipe de desenvolvimento entregue valor contínuo aos nossos clientes.
Responsabilidades.
• Definir e comunicar a visão do produto.
• Participar de reunião com clientes referente as customizações da plataforma.
• Realizar dailys diariamente junto aos prazos acordados • Priorizar o backlog do produto com base no valor para o cliente e nos objetivos de negócios.
• Colaborar com stakeholders para entender suas necessidades e traduzir essas necessidades em requisitos claros.
• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de desenvolvimento para garantir a entrega de funcionalidades de alta qualidade.
• Monitorar e analisar métricas de desempenho do produto para orientar decisões futuras.
• Acompanhar\/Atualizar\/Criar documentação das taks e dos produtos.
• Realizar testes de Front e Back-End quando necessário Requisitos.
• Experiência comprovada como Product Owner ou em um papel similar.
• Conhecimento sólido de metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
• Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação e liderança.
• Capacidade de tomar decisões baseadas em dados.
• Experiência com ferramentas de gerenciamento de produtos (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
Desejável.
• Certificação em Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO).
• Experiência em um ambiente de startup ou tecnologia.
