Product Owner - This role will be responsible for the development of the Digital product development process and interact with all the departments that are part of the process Responsible for the timely execution and manner of the product, from conceptualization to launch and optimization in testing mode at the Digital Factory. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the business and user needs are met throughout the project execution and delivery in the best way. Understand, oversee, and defend the product concept and user experience that has been planned - approve and participate in the creation of solutions to problems and unforeseen circumstances that may appear during execution phases. Support the Project Manager, Scrum Master and Chief Technology Officer to create User Stories for the Scrum Team Backlog, clarify User Story requirements when necessary as well as approve and validate deliveries before they are shared with other stakeholders within and without the company. Work with Project Management, Technology, Analytics, UI/UX, Digital Marketing and UW to ensure that the project move forwards following standards and process. Analyze and make decisions around all the elements related to the product (User experience, products, digital marketing, and others) being accountable for the production to meet plans, quality, and expectations. Other projects and tasks as assigned. Work Experience**Requirements**:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, UX or other related field required. Advance knowledge of the structure and content of the Portuguese and English Language. Ability to understand of insurance products and their related value-added services is preferred. Ability to quickly assimilate technical and business information into clearly defined deliverableAbility to organize an extensive and broad body of diverse needs/wants into a fair and holistic approach strategy. Excellent ability in problem-solving and creative solutions. Advanced quantitative analysis skills. Strong team player with excellent organization, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative business environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously. Experience3 years or more of experience in digital product development from business point of view. Experience working in cross functional teams. Working in an agile environment a plus.
