Você ajudará a protagonizar uma nova etapa de digitalização e automação de processos na companhia.
Definir a visão do produto e estratégia de desenvolvimento; Criar, manter e priorizar o backlog do produto; Traduzir as necessidades dos stakeholders em itens de backlog compreensíveis pela equipe de desenvolvimento; Mapear processos e propor soluções de automação em conjunto com os analistas de processos do time; Definir DoD e DoR dos itens em backlog; Gerenciar roadmap com entrega e evolução de produtos; Facilitar a comunicação entre as partes interessadas, garantindo que todos estejam alinhados com os objetivos do produto; Coletar feedback dos usuários e stakeholders para melhoria contínua do produto; Pesquisar e estar atento ao mercado, buscando novas tecnologias.
Escolaridade mínima Superior Completo Idiomas Inglês Fluente Perfil desejado - Habilidades esperadas Experiência anterior como Product Owner; Conhecimento em BPM e RPA; Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação.
Softexpert e Power Platform; Possua perfil analítico, explorador, colaborativo e detalhista, mas sem perder a visão do todo; Habilidade de comunicação e negociação, flexível e adaptável a mudanças; Graduação em cursos das áreas de TI, administração com enfoque de processos, ou pós-graduação na área de processos; Conhecimento em agilidade.
