Estar alinhado à nossa cultura; Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação, Análise de Sistemas ou correlatas; Terá que atuar com elaboração/levantamento de documentos de negócios, visão, diagrama de caso de uso e artefatos de apoio; Habilidade com especificação de requisitos (funcional, não funcional e de negócios) focadas em APIs; Vivência em equipes que utilizam metodologias de desenvolvimento ágeis, como Scrum, Kanban, Lean; Ter experiência em projetos de desenvolvimento de software com proximidade das squads de desenvolvimento - saber traduzir o negócio para o desenvolvimento.
Entendimento de legislação financeira; Ter bons conhecimentos em orientação à objeto.
